Many people today are rightly concerned about giving their phone numbers to companies that they might not know or trust. After all, many telemarketing companies have been known to offer promotions solely for the purpose of getting around the National Do Not Call list, which means that if you fill out the wrong entry form, you could be deluged with unwanted marketing calls.
