Fred Claus Sweepstakes Signup Problems

Thursday November 1, 2007

If you're trying to sign up for the Fred Claus instant win sweepstakes and you're having trouble seeing where the submit button is in the registration form, it might be because the page uses two arrows on the right-hand side for navigation. Those arrows can be easy to overlook, especially since the form looks finished on the first page, but you have to go down through a couple more pages before you see the submit button.

I've taken a screen shot of the registration page, with those arrows highlighted, to help make it easier to find how to navigate through the page. I hope this helps!

I got past the registration page, but now nothing happens when I click “log-in.” Has anyone had this trouble, and does anyone know how to fix it?

There are two things that I found a bit tricky when returning to log in. The first is that you have to click on the “Enter” text inside the gray ornament in the middle of the page; you can’t click on the text to the right of the ornament that says “Welcome Back!” (which is always the part that I try to click on.

The second thing that’s a bit tricky is that once you click on the Enter link, the text on the right of the ball is replaced by some more information including a place to enter your email address. However, because the “Welcome Back!” text doesn’t change, I sometimes overlook the email field.

Let me know if either of these tips help solve your problem!

Unfortunately, I’ve already learned both those tricks. Oh well. Guess I’ll be Fred-less this Christmas! ;-)
