How it works is that you visit the Philadelphia Cream Cheese website and use their cheesecake creator tool. The tool lets you pick out the kind of cheesecake you'd like to make, the crust you'd like to use, the type of cream cheese you'll pick, and the flavors and add-ins you prefer, and it generates the recipe for you! You can print out your recipe, share it with friends, and so on. I had so much fun with it that I'm resisting the urge to go back and play with it some more (you can only enter once a day, though you can create as many cheesecakes as you'd like). In fact, I'm resisting the urge to run out to the store and pick up the fixings for the cake I created, which sounds delicious if you ask me.

Plus, the cheesecake that you make could win you $10,000. Just submit your custom cheesecake and a 100-word essay describing why it would be perfect for a special occasion and you could win $10,000 cash and a trip to Chicago, IL to appear on the iVillage "In the Loop" live television show.
