Win $1,000 and a Trip in the Florida Grapefruit Recipe Contest

Florida Grapefruit is running a recipe contest called, appropriately enough for Valentine's Day, the How Sweet is Your Love Recipe Contest. To enter, just share your favorite non-alcoholic recipe that features either a half a grapefruit or 8 ounces of grapefruit juice. If you win, you could win a thousand dollars cash, plus a trip to Florida to meet "Skinny Chef" Jennifer Iserloh at the Florida Culinary Institute, where you'll learn about healthy cooking and grapefruit recipes. Plus, you'll be treated to a tour of a grapefruit plantation. A second prize of $500 cash and a third prize of $250 cash will also be awarded.

To enter, you must be a U.S. resident at least 21 years of age. The sweepstakes is void in AK, CO, HI, MD, VT (that means I can't participate - boo! But that also means that the odds will be at least slightly higher for the rest of you, since there will be less competition.) You can enter one time before the sweepstakes end date of February 29, 2008.
