HGTV Announcing Dream Home Winner - And YOU Could Win, Too!
Between 9:45 and 10:00 PM Eastern Time, HGTV's phones will be open, and home viewers can try to answer a mystery question. Clues to the answer will be dropped throughout the show. The first person to phone in and correctly answer the question will receive a trip for 2 to Miami, Florida including airfare, hotel, rental car, a gift certificate for $5,000 worth of flooring from Lumber Liquidators, and a Doggie Dream Home similar to the one that the Dream Home winner will receive.

They say the winners are surprised on live television. However, don’t they need to sign an affadavit or release before they can appear on television?
I’m not 100% sure of the legalities, but my guess is that they need to sign an affidavit before they receive the prize, but not before they are notified that their name was drawn.
I just wondered when I should give up hope on it. I guess it’s still air time, then.
