See the Location of the HGTV 2009 Dream Home!

HGTV is gearing up for their 2009 Dream Home Sweepstakes, where they will once again be giving away an amazing house in an outstanding location.

This year's dream home will be located in the Wine Country, in gorgeous Sonoma, California. To see a video showing where the house will be built, visit the HGTV Dream Home Sweepstakes page.

The floor plans for this year's Dream Home have also been released. The Sonoma location will be a large farmhouse-style home with three bedrooms and three and a half baths, spanning 3,600 square feet.

Covered porches on the front and back sides of the home will allow the winner to enjoy the views of the surrounding wine country. The gourmet kitchen also includes an eating nook, the master bedroom has a sitting room as well as its own luxurious bathroom, and there is a laundry room and two mini-suites on the upper floor. There is plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out with a living room, a dining room, a family room, and a study, all on the first floor.
