The Newest Publishers Clearing House Millionaire Is...

By August 27, 2008

Follow me on:

The Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol made one lucky woman very happy today, when they surprised Natalie Bostelman of Toledo, OH at work with the news that she had won a million dollar SuperPrize.

Natalie had been told that she had won a prize of "at least" one thousand dollars, so she was expecting the Prize Patrol's arrival. When she saw the giant check with the million dollar prize printed on it, though, she collapsed onto the floor with a scream, and then started chanting, "I won a million dollars, I won a million dollars!"

Natalie apparently won the big prize by doing a search on PCH's Search and Win website. She joins 52 other people who have become millionaires thanks to PCH's big sweepstakes.

If you'd like to see Natalie's winning reaction, be sure to visit PCHTV.com, where they are running video clips showing Natalie receiving her flowers and her big check, as well as more background about how the prize was awarded.

Johnny, I don’t send out any sweepstakes prizes, so if the email says its from me, it’s definitely a hoax.

theres so many things i would do if i did win, ive never stopped dreamingsince i was a kid. And the only thing thats holds me back from living those dreams out usually is a lack of money, im pretty sure we all have doubts about it, but i believe it could happen to any of us, i guess it all depends on how you look at it. Good luck to everyone that plays this along with me, all i can do is hope for the best, and make the most out of it!

Mary Louise, sadly, it’s a scam. The FTC doesn’t notify winners, and you don’t have to pay to get any prizes. For more information, see the Top Warning Signs of Sweepstakes Scams.

I’ve played everyday now for about 10 years i’ve been playing since i was ten years old sending in my parents sweepstakes entries i play search and win everyday. and so in 40 years i’ve won nada…….. I have submited these latest PCH contests entrys three or four times. to see if i am actually being entered into a contest or not and have not seen the usual notiation about i’ve submitted all the entries i can for any particular day, so I am very very skeptical now of these entries asI feel they are all just for the benefit of those “partner ” advertisements. SO as I said I wonder if all these years I’ve just been going through the motions for nothing.

I have been playing since I was in high school (1968) when there was no internet & you had to lick those little stamps & paste them on the forms & mail them back – over 40 yrs !!!!!!

Now I answer my emails click & click to no avail ………. Ive never won so much as a NICKEL !!!!

30 yrs. ago there was story & picture in Newsday about how 100s of thousands of those old mail in entries were found in dumpster behind office in Pt. Washington now I enter multiple times & it almost never says you alreasdy entered – -

even written PCH that been entering over 40 yrs & Im 60 & sick now – would be nice & good human interest story if I could spend my last few years as a winner but of course they never answer me or care ………. seems like once in a while they let someone win to make it look but seems bogus to me that a person could enter for 40+ yrs & never win a NICKEL

As for me I give us, no more wasting my time and you should never order any thing because ridiculous shipping cost and most of the items can be purchase at Walmart – a big isle next to cash register – they are there in case you remember – NO shipping charges.

I keep playing everyday all day long putting in entries. Couple weeks back I had a friend request from pch as I thought. Next thing I knew I had instant messages from supposedly Todd S. Stating I won, I asked how he said I was an instant winner. I was freaking out, just bc I want to win so bad. I have dreamed of this my whole life, so my girls with b able to have/get what they want or need, plus to b able to give my parents $, since we have had not much money and they also help me if they can. I would love to b able to pay them back for all these years we have struggled and still struggling. So as I said I was a so called “instant winner”. He said I needed to get a $250 money card quick and as soon as I did the prize patrol would b on their way to Muncie,IN.to bring my check. He then said I would get the money back right away from the card. Had it not been for my husband I may have done it like an idiot believing it. (Scam) My husband does make fun of me daily saying im wasting my time, butI have strong faith and hope for a dream to come true. Then I could laugh in his face saying “u dont get any of this $”. Lol…please pick me I really need help right now in my life :-)

Misty R., I’m so glad that you caught the scam in time! I’m sorry that your husband makes fun of you for trying to win. PCH is a long shot, but maybe if you won some Cash Sweepstakes, he’d think twice about laughing! :)
