Thanks to Dale S. for finding a workaround for the Hearst Magazine Sweepstakes Problems.
If you're getting the "Sorry but you must agree to the terms to submit your entry" error, try clicking the Subscription option to "yes" and then back to "no" and clicking the subscriptions to "no." This worked for me, the sweepstakes confirmed my entry. Click on the "Comments" button below to tell me if the trick worked for you, too!

I contacted Good Housekeeping and they told me that there was a server problem. It has been fixed and you no longer get the message.
