Win $100,000 for Writing Live's New Theme Song

Saturday November 22, 2008
Live with Regis and Kelly is going hi-def, and they're searching for a new theme song to go with their new look. Best of all, they're paying $100,000 to the person who can come up with a great theme song in Live's $100 Grand Theme Song Search Contest.

To enter, download the new, hi-def Live with Regis and Kelly show intro video to use as a guide. Then compose an original musical score to use as the theme song for the show. The music must be continuous, and about 1 minute in length. It must begin with a vibrant, upbeat tempo. It's intended to be played over the intro of the show, so make sure it works with the video.

The grand prize is $100,000 cash, plus a chance to meet with an agent from the William Morris Agency and a sit down with legendary hit maker, LA Reid, of Island Def Jam Music Group. Plus, a trip including airfare to New York City, hotel, and ground transportation between NYC airport and hotel and/or studios and/or meetings. The total prize value is $103,000.

Entry is open to residents of the US and Canada (void in Quebec) of any age. Enter once per person. Entries must be submitted by individuals, not groups or bands. See the rules for more details and judging criteria.
