M&M's Announces Halloween Million Dollar Winner

The winner of M&M's Halloween Million Sweepstakes is Michelle Willis, a school teacher from Ahwatukee, Arizona, according to an article from AZCentral.com.
The win comes at a perfect time for Michelle, who had just discovered that the family dog had a tumor that needed to be surgically removed. She worried that the family wouldn't be able to pay for the expensive surgery, until a FedEx package arrived at her door. Neither Michelle or her husband could believe the news that they had become millionaires overnight.
Michelle enters sweepstakes regularly, according to AZCentral, and her husband's first thought upon hearing that she had won another prize was that they were going on a trip.
The prize comes in the form of an annuity, which will pay out over 20 years.
