Hello, everyone! Today is not only the first day of 2009 (and a big Happy New Year to all!) but it's also the first day of a new month, which means it's time to brag about the wins you received in December. I hope December was a fun and lucky month for you all!
I always hope that I'll get some late December prizes by mail or email, but so far for me, December netted some useful instant wins, including a gas card from Chevron (and wasn't that a great sweep?), a $25 gift card from Miller's Enjoy the Holiday Lites (still ongoing), a magazine subscription from Better Homes and Gardens, and a pedometer from Splenda.

My son was one of 5 grand prize winners in the 5 Rock Your Senses Sweepstakes. He is returning from NY City today. He had a great time starting the New Year in Times Square. He also won a second chance drawing which was his second concert pack win.

Also, I finally decided and ordered my Reader’s Wrap from HSN with the $20 win from last month. Great way to “wrap up” 2008!
The one win for me was a jar of Pace salsa. Considering it was a 1 in 20 chance of winning, I’m sure a lot of people here got it.
I also won a $25 gift card from Miller & a jar of Pace (which I love). I also won a gift card from Meier & a holiday keepsake book from Kraft. Happy New Year!!!
December brought our household a $50 gift card from the Nabisco Giveaway. Also awaiting the Miller $25 gift card we won and a $10 gift card to Amazon.com from the coinexchange site. Finally, the Pace giveaway was great, we used the $4 coupon for the biggest picante sauce and enjoyed it with chips to bring in the new year. Good luck to all in 2009!!!
I lost 33 percent in the value of my 401(k). On the other hand, I didn’t invest with Bernie Madoff.
No online wins this month…but our family did win a $50 gift certificate to a local grocery store, a $25 gift card to a local restuarant, and a $25 gift certificate to the local John Deere dealership. Not a bad month!
December was a good month for me. I won a $25 gift card from Miller Lite, 2 jars of Pace Picante Sauce, 1 bag of Birdseye Steamfresh Meals for 2, and a $25 Shell gas card. I’m still waiting to win a big screen HDTV.
My only wins for the month of December was $5 from Chevron. I did however receive my winnings from the Orange Julius summer sweeps. I won the instant and the weekly $50 each. Total is $100 in gift cards to PacSun. Best yet I went and used them on the Closeout. Got two new sweaters for only $25. I plan on grabbing some kicks when they go on sale.
I had 100 wins just for December alone with a value of over $1,700. By far my best month for the most wins ever!

I was notified that I’m one of five first prize winners in a Starter Wife radio sweepstakes.
Prior to December I was picked twice by the same radio station, once to win a key to a car (didn’t win), and once to test drive a car. I got a $25.00 gift card out of that.

I had a pretty decent month. I won a Skywheel ticket from Clifton, (2)16gb IPod Nanos from Rick Dees, gaming laser mouse (they actually sent me two of them), $100.00 Bill Me Later credit which I used for Christmas presents, pair of slippers from Skintimate, Steamfresh veggies, Cesear dog food, Disney phone call, Race day credential holder from 3M, and a $50.00 Chick-Fil-A gift card…hopefully will get more good news in the days to come.
I had a pretty good month. Took the cruise I won from earlier this year. It was fantastic!

Won an instant win from Happy Honda Days $100 visa gift card, said it will arrive in 3 months. Won the pace $4.00 coupon. Previuosly won a $50 petco gift card just arrived as a surprise in the mail. This is amazing to me. I enter between 20 & 40 sweepstakes A DAY (different kinds…nice mixture…none of them done by a robot) and have been doing that since April…and have never won ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so grateful..I was the grand prize winner in Hyatt’s Great Summer Getaway Sweeps and won $15,000 credit! Wow! – We donated some of it to the Humane Society; spent Christmas in NYC and my son in CA is able to enjoy himself a little before his 2nd deployment to Iraq in April. It’s still hard to believe. Thank you lucky Sandra, website and lucky pals out there! Positive attitude works.. (It even took care of tips and the gift shop!)

This month I also won a Chevron gas card + a Shell card both for 25.00. Sort of a slow month but still time for more prizes to come from Fed-ex. However,my husband and I went to a Christmas Party with a fantastic raffle and HE won a set of Callaway clubs,including irons,and then ended up with the grand prize of a 65 inch LCD HD Mitsubishi Flat screen TV.What a great Christmas present for us.Ours was about ready to go out.Of course he had to go out and buy the surround sound and HD bluray player for it so it did get a little costly.He told me he was sticking to raffles and I could keep sweeping.Maybe someday I could catch up with him.Boy I can’t wait to make him eat those words.
