Hershey's Rocks Your Block with Rascal Flatts Sweepstakes gives you the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime block party, $25,000 cash, and other prizes.

The grand-prize winner will have the choice of receiving either $25,000 cash or a Block Party for winner and 100 guests featuring a concert by Rascal Flatts worth $25,000.

In addition, five first-prize winners will receive a trip for 2 to attend a Rascal Flatts concert worth $3,500. Ten second-prize winners will each receive a $2,500 Visa Gift Card which can be used towards a custom block party, and 100,000 instant winners will receive a Rascal Flatts song download.

You'll need a code from any 6-pack of Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars with Almonds OR Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Bars, or you can request a free code online.

Entry is open to US residents aged 18 and above. Enter daily through September 30, 2009.
