Win a Trip to LA Rias Baixas Albarino Wines' Recipe Contest

Do you have an original recipe that's a perfect match for Rias Baixas Albarino Wines? If so, enter their 2009 Recipe Contest for your chance to win a trip to Los Angeles.

To enter, submit a recipe that pairs with Rías Baixas Albarino Wines plus an essay of 50 words or less that describes why you have created the perfect match. You can also submit a digital photograph of the dish. Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity (30%), taste (40%), and practicality (30%).

The grand-prize winner will receive two tickets to the 36th Annual People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles including transportation, overnight accommodations, and dinner for two at The Bazaar.

Two runners-up will receive a $250 Williams-Sonoma gift card, and all three of the top winners will have their recipes featured on the Rias Baixas Albarino website.

Plus, while you're there, you can vote for the People's Choice Award winner for last year's contest. One voter and the recipe that receives the most votes will also receive California trips.

Entry is open to US residents (void in CA) aged 21 and above who are not professional chefs. The sweepstakes ends on November 30, 2009.
