Do You Have the Best Jambalaya Recipe? Prove It and Win $2,500 Cash

I went to New Orleans for my honeymoon and was astounded at how many different ways there are to cook jambalaya. If you have a fantastic jambalaya recipe, use it to enter Zatarain's Jambalaya Throwdown Recipe Contest and you could win up to $2,500 cash.

To enter, submit a recipe that uses Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix. Judges will pick five finalists on the basis of Creativity/Originality (up to 50 points) and Practicality of Preparation (up to 50 points), and those five finalists' recipes will be prepared and served to a panel of judges. The judges will then pick the winner based on which one tastes the best.

The winner will receive a cash prize of $2,500.

Entry into the Jambalaya Throwdown Recipe Contest is open to US residents aged 18 and above. Enter once before July 31, 209.
