To enter, pledge to play for at least 60 minutes per day, and write a 25- to 75-word answer to each of the following two questions: "Which NFL player(s) inspires you to be fit and why?" and "Using your personal goals, stories or experiences, tell us how you stay active and healthy."
The grand-prize winner will receive a trip for four people to Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, Florida on February 7, 2010. The prize includes airfare, hotel, mid-size rental car, attendance at NFL Kids' Day at Super Bowl XLIV Game Day Fan Plaza, tickets to Super Bowl XLIV, NFL car service to and from the game, and $500 spending cash. Plus, the winner will be invited to to be on the field for the pre-game and will hand the official kicking ball to a member of the officiating staff at the start of Super Bowl XLIV. The prize is worth $8,500.
In addition, ten semi-finalists will each receive $50 worth of NFL merchandise.
Entry into the 2009 NFL Play60 Super Bowl Contest is open to US residents (void in Maine) between the ages of 6 and 13. Enter once before December 9, 2009.
