Do you have a fantastic recipe that uses light, flaky Fillo shells? If so, submit it to Athens' Monthly Fillo Recipe Madness Contest to be in the running to win one of 40 cash prizes.
To enter, submit an original recipe that uses Athens Fillo Dough or Athens Mini Fillo Shells as an ingredient and which includes the "Monthly Ingredient" found on the contest website. April's ingredient, for example, is tomatoes. Every month, four $100 prizes will be awarded for the easiest recipe and the best recipe using either Fillo Dough or Fillo Mini Shells. Your recipe name will also be judged. Adding a video or photo of your recipe will give you additional points, though it's not required.
Entry into Athens' Monthly Fillo Recipe Madness Contest is open to US residents aged 18 and above. Enter as often as you like before December 31, 2010. Prizes will be awarded on a monthly basis.
