To enter, create an original, creative recipe that uses canned goods, along with a photo of yourself holding the finished dish. Judges are looking for creative integration of canned goods, originality, and appearance of the dish and yourself in the photo.
Three grand-prize winners will each receive a trip for two to New York City to attend a taping of The Chew.
