Sweepstakes Prizes:

Grand Prize: $5,000 in the form of a check, a 1-year's supply of Reynolds slow-cooker liners, and up to $500 worth of pork, which will be donated to a food bank of the winner's choice. (ARV: $7,200)

Finalist Prizes (5): A Trip to New York City, NY to participate in the finale cook-off the week of October 18, 2010, a Crock-Pot Slow Cooker, and 6 months worth of Reynolds slow-cooker liners. (ARV: $2,000)

Additional Comments:

To enter, submit a recipe that features ribs, sausage, roast (shoulder or loin), tenderloin, or chops and which includes 8 ingredients or less (not including pork or common pantry items such as salt, pepper and olive oil), and which can be cooked in a slow cooker for 8 hours or less, and which has a preparation time of 30 minutes or less.

Five finalists will be selected on the basis of originality (30%), creative recipe title (20%), family meal appeal (20%), and ease of preparation (30%).

The five finalists will fly to New York City to attend Crocktoberfest. The finalists' recipes will be recreated by a food stylist and then judged by the sane criteria by Candace Cameron Bure, whose judging will count 40%, Hosea Rosenberg, whose judging will count 40%, and attendees of the finale cook-off whose combined judging will count 20%.
