To enter, write an essay of 250 words or less describing your "new American dream." You may also submit a photo or video to support your dream.
All entries will be put up for public vote, and the 25 entries with the most votes will be finalists.
The finalists' entries will be rated by judges on the basis of Originality and Creativity (35%), Clarity of Expression (25%), and Appropriateness to Contest Theme (40%). The judges' scores and the results of the public vote will be combined to determine the winner.
