To enter, submit a recipe that uses at least one cup of whole or pitted Lindsay Olives OR at least a half cup of any chopped or sliced Lindsay Olives product into one of the following categories:
- Appetizer (this can include tapenades, relishes, spread etc.)
- Side dish
- Main course
- Snack
- Meal on a Budget: $10 or less
- Five ingredient fix (a recipe with only 5 ingredients - salt, pepper and basic spices won't count as one of the five)
Winners will be chosen on the following basis:
- Creativity - Use of olives in a fun, new way.
- Originality - How unique the recipes are.
- Practicality - Time and skills required to make the recipe.
- Sensibility - Would it taste good? Could someone really eat it?
- Follows-the-rules
