5 finalists will be chosen on the basis of Creativity and originality (35 points), overall appeal (35 points), and adherence to assignment - did you submit an original decorated cupcake creation that showcases the use of Jelly Belly beans? (30 points).
The finalists will be put up for public vote, which will determine the winner.
