To enter, submit a "Pet Project", which can be anything from a creative cat invention to crafty cat decor that you created for the home you share with your cat(s). See rules for more details.
20 finalists will be selected on the basis of Creativity of "Pet Project" (50%), Quality of Entry (25%), and how the "Pet Project" enhances the cat owner's home (25%).
The finalists' entry will be put up for public vote, and will be re-judged on the same criteria as above. The judging will count for 90% of the final score, and the vote results for 10%.
