Grand Prize: A trip for two to Hawaii to see "Jane's Addiction" perform in concert on December 30, 2011. The prize includes airfare, hotel, VIP concert tickets, and car service. In addition, the winner will receive a Paul Reed Smith Dave Navarro Signature Model Guitar, signed by Jane's Addiction, winner's choice of a guitar, bass guitar or drum lesson with a member of Jane's Addiction, $500 spending cash, and the opportunity to play, as the "eligible contestant" the "$1,000,000 Dice Roll" with the chance to win $1,000,000 paid out in annual installments of $25,000 over 40 years. 1st Prize: A trip for two to Irvine, CA to attend the Epicenter Music Festival on September 24, 2011.
