To enter, submit an original recipe, along with an optional photo if you choose, in one of the following categories:
- Pulled and Barbecue Pork
- Pork Roast
- Pork Chili, Soups and Stews, or
- Pork Inspiration (miscellaneous
You can enter once per category.
Recipes must use pork ribs, ground pork, pork roast (shoulder or loin), tenderloin or pork chops and no more than 8 other items and must be able to be made in 30 minutes or less. See rules for additional details.
Five finalists will be chosen per category by public vote. The winner will be chosen by judges from among the finalists on the basis of originality (30%), best use of pork (20%), family meal appeal (20%) and ease of preparation (30%).
