Doritos - Crash the Super Bowl Contest 2012 - EXPIRED

Create a Super Bowl ad for Doritos and you could win one of five finalist prizes of $25,000 and a trip to the Super Bowl, or the grand prize of a chance to win up to $1,000,000, plus a consulting fee of $50,000 cash and $25,000 in travel expenses. This sweepstakes has expired.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

Finalist Prizes (5): $25,000 cash and a trip for 2 to Super Bowl XLVI on February 5, 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Trip includes airfare, hotel, free Super Bowl tickets, and ground transportation. (ARV: $31,000)

Grand Prize: The grand-prize winner will have his or her commercial aired during the Super Bowl. If the ad places in the first three spots in the USA Today Ad Meter rankings, the winner will receive a bonus of $1,000,000 for the #1 spot, $600,000 for the #2 spot and $400,000 for the #3 spot. In addition, the winner will have the opportunity to consult on another ad for Doritos. If the winner accepts, he or she will receive a $50,000 bonus and up to $25,000 reimbursement for travel expenses.

Additional Comments:

To enter, submit a video of a 30-second ad spot for Doritos tortilla chips to appear during Super Bowl XLVI. There are tools on the contest website to help you. See rules for additional requirements.

The videos will be judged on the basis of Originality and Creativity (40%), Adherence to Creative Assignment (30%), and Overall Appeal (30%) to select five finalists. The finalists' entries will be put up for public vote to select the winner.
