Submit a video of the product you've come up with that you'd love to see on the shelves at Walmart, and you could win the opportunity to have Walmart sell your product online and in stores. The grand-prize winner will receive at least a check for $12,500, while two second-prize winners will receive at least a check for $10,000.

Grand Prize: The opportunity to sell their Product on Walmart.com and in Walmart physical stores and be introduced to Walmart Stores' merchandising teams. The Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor will enter into negotiations regarding Sponsor's potential sale of the Product on Walmart.com and in Walmart physical stores. If no agreement can be reached, sponsor will issue the winner a check for $12,500. (ARV: at least $12,500)
1st Prizes (2): The opportunity to sell their Product on Walmart.com and be introduced to Sponsor's Walmart Stores' merchandising teams. Each First Prize Winner and Sponsor will enter into negotiations regarding Sponsor's potential sale of the Product on Walmart.com.
