15 semi-finalists will be chosen on the basis of the written recipe only. The semi-finalists' videos will be reviewed, and ten finalists will be chosen among them on the basis of Recipe and Preparation (50%), Originality and Creativity (25%), and Visual Appeal (25%). The rules have additional details about the judging criteria.
The finalists' recipes will be prepared by professionals and judged on the basis of Recipe and Preparation (50%), Originality and Creativity (25%), and Visual Appeal (25%) to determine the winner.
The People's Choice winner will be chosen by public vote.
