25 semi-finalists will be chosen on the basis of Likeness to Dick Vitale, Overall Quality of Submission, Originality, and Level of Humor. 15 of the semi-finalists will be chosen as finalists based on public vote. Voters will have the chance to win weekly prizes.

The finalists at each conference game will have the opportunity to perform their Dick Vitale impression in front of the audience. The most popular at each event will receive a grand prize.
