There are three entry periods: 2/9/2009–4/4/2009, 4/5/2009–5/2/2009, and 5/3/2009–7/31/2009. Promotion Phase 1 Semi-Finalists will travel to Talladega, AL April 24-27, 2009; Promotion Phase 2 Semi-Finalists will travel to Charlotte, NC May 22-25, 2009; and Promotion Phase 3 Semi-Finalists will travel to Bristol, TN August 20-23, 2009.
