Recipes will be judged on the following basis:
For the recipes using Fillo Dough: Taste: 0-35 points, Fillo flair – recipe highlights fillo's key attributes like shape-ability, flaky texture or low fat: 0-25 points, Presentation: 0-20 points, and Creativity: 0-20 points.
Recipes Using Mini Fillo Shells: Taste: 0-35 points, Overall ease of preparation: 0-25 points, Presentation: 0-20 points, Creativity: 0-20 points.
Both - 5 bonus points for photo, 5 bonus points for video.
