To enter, submit an essay of 300 words or fewer about your plans for making a "fresh start" in life and a recent individual photo of yourself that illustrates the "fresh start" you want to make. The fresh start must be a long-term goal that will take at least 30 days to complete. Explain why you want to make a fresh start, what your goal is, the steps you'll need to take to achieve it, and how the prize will help you achieve it.
10 finalists will be chosen by a panel of judges on the basis of Feasibility of the Plan (40%), Use of Funding (40%), and Persuasiveness (20%). Winners will be chosen by public vote.
