Entries will be judged in three categories - easy to make, most unique, and family costumes. To be eligible for the grand prizes, entries must include pictures of humans and instructions on how to make the costume. Entries with pictures of pets or without instructions are eligible only for Honorable Mention prizes. Each photo must contain only one person or pet.
