Additional Comments:

Judging: From 1/12/2009 through 3/31/2009, the recipes will be up for a public vote on the sponsor's website. The three entrants that receive the most votes will be brought to New York to participate in a cook-off. The prepared cocktails will be rated by a panel of qualified judges on the following basis: Originality (up to 10 points), Taste (up to 10 points) and Appearance (up to 10 points).
