To enter, submit your favorite recipe that pairs with Rías Baixas Albarino Wines plus an essay of 50 words or less that describes why you have created the perfect match. You can also submit a digital photograph of the dish.Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity (30%), taste (40%), and practicality (30%).
"Professional chefs" who receive more than 75% of their income from working in the culinary arts, are not eligible.
The voting is for the People's Choice Awards for last year's contest.
