Austin and David Henrie, a Panasonic Viera 46" Plasma HDTV and Home Theater System, a Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie DVD, and an opportunity to accompany Jake T. Austin and David Henrie to a food bank to deliver bread donation. (ARV: $12,000)

If the winner of the Grand Prize is aged 18 or above, he or she must designate a child between the ages of 5 and 18 to host the Viewing party.

Sara Lee will also donate 25,000 loaves of bread to a local food bank in the grand-prize winner's home town.
