To enter, submit a photo of your child aged 12 or under in costume, your family in costume, or your family pet in costume, along with a caption describing how the costume(s) in the photo was constructed, in one of the following categories:
- Most Creative
- Cool Characters
- Best Pet Costumes
Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity (60%), likely appeal to other users (30%), and quality of photo (10%). The entries will also be put up for public vote to determine the Voter's Choice winner in each category.
