Limit of three entries per person.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

Grand Prize: A home (house or condo) worth up to $350,000 within the winner's suggested residential area as described in his/her Letter or Telephone Interview. In addition, Stanley Steemer will provide professional cleaning services of the Home, and the sponsor will re-furbish and/or decorate the Home, which may include minor repairs, basic landscaping, or painting worth up to $50,000. The winner will also receive $87,500 to $122,500 cash to help with taxes. (ARV: up to $525,500)

To enter, submit a letter that describes why you or the person you nominate deserves a new house.

All entries will be judged on the basis of Creativity / Originality (0-50 points), Clarity of Thought / Presentation (0-25 points), and Eloquence/Articulation (0-25 points). All entries that receive 80 points or more will continue to the next round.

Semi-finalists will receive a telephone interview, where they can earn at up to 20 points on the basis of Excitement/Exuberance and Personality. The results of the telephone interview will be added to the round one score. If the combined score is more than 110 points, you'll be asked to complete additional documentation to continue to the next round of judging.

The finalists' letters will then be judged again on the basis of Inspirational Story (0-50 points), and the score will be added to the total. The person with the highest total score will win.
