To enter, submit a photo of your yard along with a description of 300 characters or less describing why you should be selected to host the Restore Your Outdoors yard makeover.
Ten semi-finalists will be chosen on the basis of presentation of the problem areas of entrant's yard, originality, creativity, and degree to which entrant's yard is appropriately suited to host the Makeover.
The semi-finalists will be judged again on the same basis to select three finalists.
The finalists will be judged again in a telephone interview, and the results added to the total score to determine the winner.
