To enter, submit an essay of 200 words or less describing "a unique tip you have for saving energy at home," plus a photo showing "how you beat the heat in the summertime."
Entries will be judged on the basis of originality of energy-saving tip (50%), uniqueness and creativity of energy-saving tip (25%), and effectiveness of expressing the contest theme in the submitted photo (25%).
