Grand Prize: The HGTV Dream Home in Midway, Utah featured in the "HGTV Dream Home 2012" special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT2, and $500,000 in cash. The winner will have the option of receiving $800,000 in cash in addition to the $500,000 cash prize and automobile mentioned above, instead of taking possession of the Dream Home. (ARV: $2,038,755 if the winner takes title to the HGTV Dream Home or $1,338,755 if the winner takes the cash option)
