Recently, however, the newsletter appears to have become inactive. I have received emails from several different people who signed up for the service but haven't been receiving their newsletters. Many of these people have stated that they tried to reach the maintainers of the newsletter without luck, and my own emails have also not received any reply.
Unfortunately, I have to withdraw my recommendation of the Winning Ways newsletter until further notice.
