To enter, submit your best simple, vegetarian recipe. Your recipe may not include meat, but it can include animal products like eggs, milk, butter and cheese.
Each week, a weekly winner will be chosen on the basis of Uniqueness (35%), Simplicity (30%), and Appeal (35%).
The weekly winners' recipes will be prepared and judged again on the basis of Uniqueness (35%), Simplicity (30%), and Appeal/Taste (35%) to determine the grand-prize winner.
