The trip includes airfare, hotel, car rental, attendance at NFL Kids' Day at Super Bowl XLVI Game Day Fan Plaza, NFL Experience tickets, tickets to Super Bowl XLVI, NFL car service to and from the game, and $500 spending money, plus the special experience for the winner to be on the field for the Super Bowl pre-game and to hand the official kicking ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl XLVI, plus a 4-day trip for 2 to Los Angeles, CA including airfare, hotel, tickets to the taping of the Cartoon Network's "Hall of Game" currently scheduled for February 2012, and the opportunity to walk the red carpet prior to the taping. If you live within 60 miles of one of the 32 NFL teams, you will be considered to be in that team's market. If you don't live within 60 miles of an NFL team, you'll be entered into the Non-Team Market.

Five semi-finalists per each of the 32 NFL markets and 15 entries in the Non-Team Market will be selected on the basis of Presentation of Answers, including compelling delivery, expression, appeal, and overall engagement (20 points), Level of Emotion (20 points), Originality, including creativity, depiction, and uniqueness (30 points), and Relevance to Question/Statement (30 points).
The semi-finalists will be judged again on the same basis to pick 2 finalists per market for a total of 34 finalists.
The finalists will be judged again on the same basis to determine the grand-prize winner.
