To enter, submit two pictures of your husband, one of his face and one of his full body, along with an essay of 500 words or less describing why he should be selected as America's Hottest Husband 2013.
25 finalists will be chosen on the basis of photographs (51%) and testimonial (49%). The finalists' entries will be put up for public vote, then Redbook will select the winner from among the finalists. The results of the vote may be considered.
