My Review
The home is amazing! There is nothing I don't like about it...from the chef's kitchen to the laundry room, the furniture and also being in a location where there is so much to do. It's just spectacular to think of showering and looking outdoors at the same time...or casting a line whenever you want...It's the perfect place to entertain and treat your guests like royalty. It brought a huge smile to my face to see it was pet friendly! A doggie retreat!
2012 Dream Home vs. Past Years' Prizes
I think its better because every year technology changes so there are more updated with energy efficiency and design. I studied all the homes and its my favorite by far.
What Do You Think of the Setting?
The location is great but it also depends on if you are an outdoors persons or enjoy city life or the ocean setting. HGTV should consider Alaska for a dream home location....now THAT'S a view!
What Do You Think of the Design?
Spacious homes are so nice to have when you fill them up with family and friends, babies, toddlers and teens...and pets of course! It may take some time to clean 4000 sq ft. It is definitely a dream.house. I have it memorized from room to room. Ahhhh...to move in with it all set up!
What Do You Think of the Extra Prizes?
They are truly a huge bonus! It would be wise to seek professional advice on handling a large amount like that. The GMC is a nice looking vehicle with style! I think the dream house would be nice to enjoy for a few months then sell. Its the practical thing to do
