My Review
I think the HGTV 2012 Dream Home Prize is PERFECT! The view from every room is amazing. The Great Room is grand with those magnificent beams and amazing fireplace. The Pella doors and windows bring nature into the home. I think the Ethan Allen furniture completes the feeling of comfort in all the rooms. I think of many words when I look at this home: Relaxing, spacious, nature, spectacular views, well designed, PERFECT! I dream of sitting by the fireplace, reading a book. The kitchen is so functional, spacious, COMPLETE and I would love cooking & baking even more than I do now. I love the dining area extension of the kitchen. We have never been a "formal dining room" family, so that suits us perfectly. The guest bedrooms would be perfect for our daughters when they visit. The media room would be a perfect place to watch hockey games on the big screen tv and sit and play games. We always get the games out when our "kids" come and visit. I love the "cubby" for kids complete w/flashlights and sleeping bags and own media center. This is the perfect "retirement" prize package. The GMC Terrain is the perfect vehicle to drive around Park City and further. The $500,000 cash would help with taxes and invested in upkeep of this beautiful home! The HGTV did an amazing job with this design. It is obvious that the interior design was decided with comfort in mind. Every part of this home, inside and outside space is so desirable for our particular personality. You even thought of the family pets and hobbies that a family would partake in if they lived in this location. The natural stone really fits in with the landscape and the outside entertaining areas are once again perfect for us. The outdoor fireplace, awesome! The hot tub Wow! Nothing left out. The master bedroom/bathroom with the views is breathtaking. I love Linda's choice in colors, fabrics, carpet, etc. She did an amazing job. I'm a horse lover, so I guess it's no surprise I love her selections! My husband & I can only "dream" of having a home like this, so we would wouldn't change a thing! It fits us so perfectly. I like that the "changing room" was added in place of a fourth bedroom. The sauna would be perfect after a day of hiking or riding bikes. This 2012 HGTV Dream Home prize package will make someone very happy. This home was obviously designed with "Heart". I hope the winner doesn't change anything and enjoys living in this remarkable home! Good luck to all that enter!

Only better for my husband and I because of our personality. All of the previous Dream Home Sweepstakes are spectacular as well, but this one feels like the perfect package for that location.

What Do You Think of the Design?
The 2012 HGTV Dream Home team managed to create a perfect living space. 4,000 square feet is a lot of home, but it's so well thought out, usable space. For me personally, it's perfect. Perfect space when our daughters visit as well as extended family and friends. Perfect home for us to retire in!
What Do You Think of the Extra Prizes?
The $500,000 cash would be invested for taxes and upkeep of this incredible home. The GMC Terrain suits driving around Utah. Really great choice for vehicle to go with this home. It looks great in that garage and will look great on the road!
