2012 HGTV Dream Home
My Review
The 2012 HGTV Dream Home is a place I'd love to live. It has a large living area downstairs, suitable for entertaining company, but a beautiful, secluded master bedroom suite upstairs where I could get away if I wanted to. I also love the outdoor living area, the hot tub, and the sauna.
2012 Dream Home vs. Past Years' Prizes
I'd say that this is one of my favorite Dream Homes yet.
What Do You Think of the Setting?
I love the setting. I've always wanted to live by a river.
What Do You Think of the Design?
Gorgeous. The Great Room in particular is lovely.
What Do You Think of the Extra Prizes?
I'm happy that they're offering a cash option again this year.
