I received CONGRATULATIONS, Publishers Clearing House and our sponsors Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express, are pleased to announce that the 2010 New Year give away has been finalized. They say I have won $650,000. Ticket # 01-0765340, serial # 345-564-989, 3rd place, reference # 2010-38769. They sent me a check for 5,550.00, Sunrise Services, Inc in Everett, WA.

The check is for processing fees, legal fees, and shipping and handling fees. To collect call James Henry. Everything checked out except this guys name and no affidavit. I had to come to your web site.

Got this letter in the mail. Signed Andrew Goldberg, President and CEO of Publishers Clearing House and this big check. Said 'to collect your 3rd place prize contact your agent in charge, James Henry at 1-778-321-6478 or 1-604-831-2718. Do not delay there is a 2 week hold on your win.' "Due to the Confidentiality Act put in place by the International Lottery Commission you are required to keep all information confidential. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification of your win." All winners are approved for an automatic payoff on any debt accumulated on any qualified credit cards. Hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Standard Pacific Time.

If it is too good to be true it usually is.
