What Sweepstakes Prize Did You Give as a Present?
I won a $1000 gift card to Davids Bridal, and spent most of it on things we planned to give as gifts. In fact, when we picked out how to spend it, we planned what to get as gifts for particular people. It was fun doing birthday shopping and Christmas shopping in March!
Also, I won a Blackberry Wireless Stereo Gateway, which came yesterday. My brother in law is has a Blackberry and he is getting it for Christmas. Combined with the knife set we got from Davids Bridal, we are not paying for any presents for him, lol.
Was the Present a Success?
So far the jewelery I ordered from Davids Bridal has been a huge success for my nieces and daughter! I have given away other prizes too. My family has always been very grateful and amazed I win this stuff!
Lessons Learned
- Don't tell people what you have won so they don't know it's being re-gifted! lol (the people in my family don't care if it's regifted, but some people might be offended).
- *Find a corner closet in your house and keep the stuff there.
