Briefly Describe Your Trip Win:
My husband and I won $3,000 off a river boat cruise of our choosing on Peter Deilmann cruises in 2006. We used that money to pay for most of the one week cruise on the Mozart in an A class room on the Danube.

We had a wonderful time and ended up taking five more river boat trips with them.
We never had any disappointments, only hoping we could afford to do all the rivers of Europe. Our only disappointment was when we took our last trip with them and we were told they would be going out of business because of bankruptcy problems. Being backed by the German government, they never canceled our cruise, and we and others had one last chance to go on their boats.
Lessons Learned
- We entered this trip by mail and forgot about it. Maybe that is why we won...hahahahahaha No, I am still entering trips on-line almost every day and still hoping it will happen again.
What Amenities Were Included? What Did You Have to Pay?
We paid tips for the waiters as we had the same two the whole week, also the bar staff and girl who cleaned our room a couple times a day. Also gave tips to the tour people if we thought the tour that day was a great tour. We paid the difference in the price of our room and for the tours.
